You better work, Britney Spears! No, really. You better work.

The singer’s eighth studio album Britney Jean debuts at a disheartening No. 34 on the UK Official Albums chart this week. The album’s lead single “Work B**ch” rests at No. 77 after peaking at No. 7 on the singles chart.

Music Video Sneak Peek: Britney Spears – “Perfume”

Britney Jean becomes Britney’s lowest-charting album in the UK — a record previously held by her 2003 In the Zone, peaking at No. 13.

Meanwhile, Ms. Spears also braces for one of the lowest opening sales weeks of her career in the United States with an estimate of 115-120,000.

I’m really not surprised by any of this since she didn’t promote the album in the first place.

In the Zone was an amazing album and Britney Jean is also amazing.. Cannot understand what is UK looking for? She does not care and did not even promote the album yes. But she is Britney Spears and she has the experinence. People should trust her and get aware how great albums she is releasing.. Britney Jean is definetely the best album of the year so far..
