Well, this is interesting.
According to roster on Epic Records’ official website, reality star and singer Tamar Braxton has been signed to the label ahead of the release of her new album, Love and War.
Braxton was previously signed to Streamline Records, a division of Interscope Records that was founded by her husband, renowned entertainment manager Vincent Herbert.
We haven’t heard much about the new project lately, and maybe this is why. After being released initially on December 6th of last year, the album’s lead single, the title track, was temporarily removed from the iTunes store this week but was quickly replaced. The new release date reads, “February 25, 2013,” published by Epic.
I’m not sure what all the new deal entails, but it can only mean great things for Tamar. Hopefully we’ll be getting a new single and a firm album release date in the near future.
